It is a great pleasure for us to welcome you to our university. We are very happy that you have decided to join our multicultural university community. Of a total enrolment of some 32,000 students, over 2500 come from abroad. With different nations are represented and our international students play a fundamental role in the intellectual and cultural life of our campus.

We will do our best to ensure your time in Usak University is notable. We hope that your stay in Usak will be memorable and fruitful.

You can send your application forms for Fall semester until July 15, and Spring semester until November 30.

Required documents for incoming exchange students are as follows:

• APPLICATION FORM (completed in full and signed by the student. Applications posted without photograph and signatures will be invalid!) 
• TRANSCRIPT OF RECORDS (a copy of an official transcript in English)
• LEARNING AGREEMENT (signed by the student and the responsible coordinators as well)
• 2 PASSPORT-SIZE PHOTOGRAPHS which are scanned for your student identification card at Usak University.
• SCANNED FORM of IDENTITY CARD

These documents should be sent  by e-mail (erasmus@usak.edu.tr) before the deadline for each semester. (Until July 15th /November 30th)
